Peninsular Malaysia

Peninsular Malaysia, also known as Malaya or West Malaysia, is the part of Malaysia which lies on the Malay Peninsula, and shares a land border with Thailand in the north.

The main air gateway into the peninsula is the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), located about 60 km south of the capital. Another one would be Penang's Bayan Lepas Airport.
