Rehoboth Beach is a city in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. According to 2006 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 1,556. It is part of the Seaford, Delaware Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Rehoboth is easily accessible from Delaware Route 1 from most points to the north such as Philadelphia and Wilmington. You can also ride Delaware's resort transit from Dover or Wilmington.
